  • Daily cleaning of the Clubhouse, Tennis Pavilion, Locker Room facilities and Junior Clubhouse

Dock Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Assit members docking their boat
  • Keep the docks tidy and safe

Line Cooks

Responsibilities:
  • Daily preparation and set up of a variety of food service items
  • Tidiness, urgency, efficiency when performing all taks
  • Follow established recipes and adhere to presentation specifications
  • Restocking of various items as neededprior to, throughout, and following scheduled shift
  • Practice all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Knowledge of the use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
  • Complete closing duties and thoroughly clean kitchen each evening
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a professional kitchen
  • Self motivated, organized, conscientious, detail oriented
  • Ability to take direction
  • Ability to remain composed and professional under stressful situations
  • Positive work ethic
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to excel in a team environment

Prep Cooks & Dishwashers

Responsibilities:
  • Daily preparation and set up of a variety of food service items
  • Tidiness, urgency, efficiency when performing all tasks
  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, trimming and cutting meats
  • Practicing all sanitation guidelines while cooking and cleaning, washing dishes, and/or clearing messes
  • Responding to the needs of Chefs and other kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of use and maintenance of dishwasher
  • Complete closing duties and thoroughly clean kitchen each evening
