Line Cooks
Responsibilities:
Daily preparation and set up of a variety of food service items
Tidiness, urgency, efficiency when performing all taks
Follow established recipes and adhere to presentation specifications
Restocking of various items as neededprior to, throughout, and following scheduled shift
Practice all safety and sanitation guidelines
Knowledge of the use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
Complete closing duties and thoroughly clean kitchen each evening
Qualifications:
Experience in a professional kitchen
Self motivated, organized, conscientious, detail oriented
Ability to take direction
Ability to remain composed and professional under stressful situations
Positive work ethic
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to excel in a team environment

Prep Cooks & Dishwashers
Responsibilities:
Daily preparation and set up of a variety of food service items
Tidiness, urgency, efficiency when performing all tasks
Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, trimming and cutting meats
Practicing all sanitation guidelines while cooking and cleaning, washing dishes, and/or clearing messes
Responding to the needs of Chefs and other kitchen staff
Knowledge of use and maintenance of dishwasher
Complete closing duties and thoroughly clean kitchen each evening
Qualifications:
