Junior Activity Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of approximately two or three activity assistants (schedules, clocking in/out, employee evaluations)
  • Provide professional leadership in organizing and supervising art & craft activities and administration for Junior Clinics and Club Offices
  • Responsible to assist, organize and convene sessions for Junior Clinic participants
  • Supervise Junior members in activity areas and provide activity options
  • Field member concerns through phone calls and in-person meetings
  • Maintain program and clinic supplies
  • Assist with program registration and organize attendance lists
  • Plan and organize weekly Family Night
  • Completion of daily open and close duties, ensuring the Jr. Clubhouse is clean, tidy and organized
  • Communicate with members in a positive and friendly manner
  • Communicate effectively with the Programs Manager
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good with children
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Police Record Check (dated within 6 months of start date)
Period of Employment:
  • Seasonal (Mid May to end of August)
  • Full time
